TUNE parameter
What is the aff_sub parameter?
aff_sub is TUNE's tune sub-id (aff_sub … aff_sub5). aff_sub through aff_sub5 are TUNE’s publisher-defined sub-parameters, echoed in conversion reports. Five slots means you can encode content, placement, campaign, variant, and date separately.

Optional — sub-IDs affect reporting granularity only.
How TUNE tracking fits together
TUNE is white-label software: each brand runs it on its own tracking domain (track.brand.com, go.brand-offers.com, etc.). Links hit an /aff_c or /aff_l endpoint with offer_id and aff_id, register the click, and redirect to the offer’s landing page.
Because every brand’s domain is different, TUNE links are identified by their parameter signature, not their domain — which is exactly how Afterlink’s detector recognizes them. Offers are versioned and retired frequently; offer_id=15 might be replaced by offer_id=42 with a new landing page, orphaning your old links.
