1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Afterlink ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Afterlink provides a partner link auditing service that:

• Scans YouTube video descriptions for affiliate and partner links
• Identifies broken or dead links across 100+ affiliate networks
• Provides reports and analytics on link health
• Offers tools to manage and identify problematic links

Important: Afterlink is a diagnostic and monitoring tool. We aim for approximately 95-99% accuracy in link detection and status reporting, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to factors including but not limited to: changing network configurations, regional availability differences, rate limits, and third-party API constraints. Users should verify critical information before making business decisions.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the fees associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Our refund policy as described below

Refund Policy: Due to the immediate nature of our service and the resources consumed during channel scans, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a subscription period has begun or a scan has been completed. We encourage users to start with our free tier to evaluate the service before upgrading. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for previous periods or the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scan channels you do not own without permission
• Abuse or overload our scanning infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users.

6. Limitation of Liability

Afterlink provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service operation
• We do not guarantee specific accuracy rates, though we aim for 95-99% accuracy
• We are not liable for any revenue loss, missed opportunities, or business damages
• We are not responsible for third-party service outages (YouTube API, affiliate networks, etc.)
• Revenue estimates are projections based on industry averages, not guarantees
• We are not liable for decisions made based on our reports or recommendations

Users acknowledge that Afterlink is a diagnostic tool and that final business decisions remain their responsibility. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
